Standing on My Head at 83

I have made a number of contributions to Substacks other than my own, but this is the first time I have had an ‘assignment’, i.e. ‘Could you write on…’. I was asked to write about ‘how it is for you at 83 and what standing on your head means to you in terms of age.’ Well, yes, I said, I could do that.
