From abuse to working in TV to becoming a therapist
November 27th 1971 - was an incredibly significant day for me. I don't remember what happened the day after or the day before, that would be weird. If only I had known then of a term like Menty B, which is used now by users of Instagram to describe a day that is challenging their mental wellbeing.
